One of the key components each sprinter should focus on is their explosiveness out of the blocks.  There are so many resources and videos online to view the proper block form.  We will video your form throughout the season to build on strengths and work on weaknesses of your block start.  Start by viewing this clip on a proper block start.  Focus on the runners arm and leg position, the angle of their body out of the start, and the position of the runners head and eyes.
