Head Coach Joanna Wilson
Sprints
Joanna Wilson has been coaching with the lady Huskies since 2008. She also coaches cross country, so she is surrounded by crazy runners and athletes pretty much all year round. She graduated from Victor J. Andrew High School and then North Central College with a degree in History/ Social Sciences. During her four years at North Central, she played basketball and ran both track and cross country. She is very passionate about track and field and hopes her love for the sport is contagious.

Assistant Coach Renee Billish
Jumps
This is her8th year of coaching track at Naperville North. She has loved the sport since she was involved in high school track at Glenbard North High School. After high school, she went to Iowa State University where she obtained my bachelors of science in dietetics/nutrition. Eventually she went back to school to get her Master's in Education from Northern Illinois University. Since then she has been teaching health at NNHS and she loves it!! She is also involved in NNHS chapter of FCA: Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In her free time, she loves to run, do yoga and just be active in any way that she can. Her passion for life is to encourage youth to be proactive with their health and decisions they make.

Assistant Coach Lindsay Grier
Throws
This is her 5th year as the throwing coach at NNHS. She is an alumna to the NNHS girls track team. She was a part of the Western Illinois University track and field team for 2 years. She has a degree in physical education, and she teaches adapted PE throughout District 203. She loves competing and attending any sports events. She also has a huge love for the Chicago Cubs :)

Assistant Coach Dan Iverson
Distance Events
He is in his 18th year in the track and field program. He has been running for twenty-eight years and graduated from Macomb High School in 1990. He attended North Central College and majored in History and Political Science. He ran on three national championship teams. He became an NCAA Division III All-American in the 3000m steeplechase in 1994. He began teaching in the social studies department at Naperville North in the fall of 1994. He has served as head coach, a volunteer coach and as the distance coach in his eighteen years as a coach.

Coach Hillyer has been working with the track girls for the last two years. She takes on the hurdle and high jump crew. The spring season always reminds her of how fantastic track and field is, so she knew she wanted to be part of the team at NNHS. She participated in multiple events during high school, including High Jump, Sprints and Hurdles, sometimes helping coach other teammates. After going to college, she assisted with the Maine South Girls Track and Field team for two years, and focused on High Jump. She is very excited to be at NNHS this year to help out and have a fun winning season with the Huskies!
